Background and Aim

This project focuses on adverse maternal and perinatal outcomes in women who birthed at Mater Mother’s Hospital that have socio- demographic, medical, surgical and intrapartum risk factors and the development of strategies to mitigate this risk in Australia. This retrospective cohort study analyses data from the Mater Perinatal Dataset from 2008-latest data available.
