Ms Katelyn Hafey

Research Support Officer

Katelyn Hafey completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland in 2019. Following this she worked as a research assistant in the neural stem cell biology research group with Mater Research. During this time, Katelyn completed a Master of Public Health in which she worked on a project that aimed to embed mental health and wellbeing awareness into learning and teaching at Griffith University. Katelyn commenced with the Stillbirth CRE in 2024, driven by her passion for health equity and improving health outcomes. She works as a research support officer on IMPROVE.
