Maternal, obstetric and perinatal outcomes of pregnancies complicated by socio-demographic, medical, surgical or intrapartum risk factors – Analysis using the National, QLD and Mater Health Perinatal Data Collection

Background and Aim

This project focuses on adverse maternal and perinatal outcomes in women that have socio- demographic, medical, surgical and intrapartum risk factors and the development of strategies to mitigate this risk in Australia. This retrospective cohort study analyses data from the Queensland Perinatal Dataset from 2000-latest data available.
