Belinda has a background in midwifery, with her masters by research focussing on midwifery care provided to women experiencing perinatal loss. Belinda has extensive experience in clinical practice, clinical and outreach education, and safety and quality. She has worked across all models of care, and has extended experience working internationally. Belinda’s expertise relates to global maternal and newborn health, monitoring and evaluation specific to maternal and newborn mortality and morbidity.
